Great liver supplement.
Been using this milk thistle for years. Amazing product. Helps lower liver count within weeks. This is much more absorbable than regular milk thistle.

I have been using this for around a year and seems to be an excellent milk thistle product that works well needing just 1 pill I take before bed. For a few dollars more Life Extension also has another version of the European Milk Thistle Life Extension European Milk Thistle-Advanced Phospholipid Delivery, 120 Softgels that has phospholipids also to enhance absorption and is therefore suppossed to be an improvement to this version. That version is using 2 pills in divided doses instead of 1.

It Works!
Two months ago my doctor told me that my lab results showed that my liver enzymes were elevated. She ordered additional lab work to rule out hepatitis. I did some research on elevated liver enzymes and found a great article about fatty liver disease, which is very common, and how it can be prevented and even reversed with Milk Thistle. I started taking Life Extension's European Milk Thistle shortly after that visit. I just had a follow-up appointment with my doctor and my latest lab results were normal. I did not change my diet. The only thing I did differently was to take one Milk Thistle capsule a day. I highly recommend this product!

The best milk thistle
I was taking some other brand for years, and my enzymes were more than double the high end of normal. After taking two a day for a couple of months, liver enzymes are within the normal range
