I was disappointed in the content of this book a waste of my money

this is the book thousands of women have been waiting for. Having spent the last 50 or so years with only synthetic hormones to rely on, it is no wonder many women have literally become hysterical during the menopause. To understand how foods can help to naturally balance declining or imbalanced hormones is nothing short of essential / I shall be recommending this book to many of my patients.

A very useful book with lots of information about how hormones being out of balance affects women's health. Also lots of pointers to foods that can be helpful in different circumstances. I found this book armed me with information that will help me make decisions and move towards better health.

I’m so glad I bought this book! In the beginning I found it difficult to get into it and enjoy the reading, but once I got to the stories it was very eye-opening and very engaging. I highly recommend this for any woman! Amazing!

Interesting read but, from memory, not enough about the role of the thyroid in illness. 25-30% of women over 40 are thought to have hypothyroidism which is not diagnosed by the nhs and as such I feel this should be given greater weight.

When you read a book and identify with many of the case histories. Very informative and easy to read, no one talks about this stuff yet it affects so many of us. Now one of their patients!
