Great product, I don't feel as bloated

Have been using the magnesium supplement from this product line, first to try the probiotic. Very happy with the results. I will continue ordering and using.

These are strong I’ll say that. They clean you out in a comfortable way. If I’m bloated or inflamed from cheating on my diet then I’ll take a double dose before bed and my gut feels completely reset by morning. Majority of the time I take these every night though but when I don’t I feel the sluggishness in my overall gut health. These probiotics keep my gut’s health running optimally, my energy levels up, greater focus and better sleep + digestion. The pills are pretty small and easy to swallow. I’ve shared these with a few friends and family members and they’ve all commented on how these are the strongest (in the best way) probiotics they’ve ever tried.

I’ve been taking this for about 6 months & they work great! My only gripe is how many you get for the cost, but I can tell that my gut definitely feels better. I don’t feel bloated either! It doesn’t really have a smell & they're tiny pills, but they definitely do the job. I haven’t really noticed anything with my sleep, but if it helped, I wouldnt Be able to notice anyways because I take Magnesium & I have Grounding sheets. My mood & energy level overall feels better because my gut feels better!

I love this stuff! One of the best. I take two in the morning and 2 before bed. No issue the next day. It works for me. I’ve been taking this for a month now. It helped me from bloating. Make sure to drink a lot of water and eat healthy

I had heard awesome things about the P3OM probiotics from the Bulletproof radio podcast a while back and was really looking for ways to better digest my food. I just ran out of my 60 capsule supply and wanted to review. I didn’t notice a huge change in using this probiotic in terms of more regular gut-function. I would take 2 before every meal and before bed, however, I unfortunately didn’t notice a difference in the way I have felt this month. I also gave up Whey protein and Greek yogurt this month, which has helped tremendously, and might be a combination of this and the probiotic. I’m bummed about not seeing significant changes after taking this, but I’m sure that it’s doing something positive! Just can’t tell what it would be...
