Great value for the money!
I purchased this trampoline based on reviews and wasn’t disappointed! I set it up with ease with my sister and took us about two hours, maybe a little more. But the time wasn’t spent analyzing the instructions because the set-up wasn’t clear; it’s more related to the size of the trampoline and there’s a lot of pieces to put together. Easy to assemble, all the tools are there, very sturdy, and very safe for our kids! The basketball net is a real hit (more for us than the kids, hah).

Great purchase!
This trampoline was exactly what we were looking for! We bought the 14ft one and are pleased with the size. Adults have even been jumping on it and it seems like it will hold up well. It came with all the parts and took just a few hours to assemble. This is just what the kids (11 & 13) needed, especially with so many things shut down due to Covid. So glad it came back in stock and that we were able to get it while the weather is still nice enough to be outdoors a lot. I would recommend!

Good Trampoline, Bad Ladder
We had to buy a completely different ladder for this trampoline as the one that came with it is so bare minimum it is unsafe. It was just thin metal rails. No gripping. Hurts your feet to use.So we found a ladder with flat steps with gripping and are much happier with that.As for the trampoline itself, it is okay. The kids like it so that is what matters. I do know it is not built to last like the ones I'd been on as a child. We'll see how long this one holds up.Overall, if you just want a basic trampoline, it's fine. I wish I'd picked something a bit better from the start so I didn't have to shop around for a better ladder and the stakes to keep it held down during high winds.

Great for the price. Needs some attentiveness weekly.
I would prefer to give this 4.5 stars but I can’t. The trampoline portion is amazing and great quality. The net assembly, poles and hardware is lacking. Every little wind or chills knocks the strap off at the top of the pole, had to make extra knots so it won’t slip off the straps. The vertical poles don’t make me feel secure, they are small and hardware doesn’t feel secure to the trampoline but they work. The basket ball hoop works great but had to get bigger washers to secure the net to the back of it. Overall, kids are happy and it makes them tired so we are happy. Keep checking and net supports though!!

Great! Easy to assemble
Unlike some other reviews, it took us about 1 hr 45 min to set up with 3 adults who are fairly handy. We did however use our own tools as most of the tools that came with the trampoline were poor quality. Thus far it seems durable and great quality. Very happy and so were our boys as it was their Santa gift

Great trampoline
I paid extra to have this installed and it took about an hour and a half. The guy that installed this told me this trampoline was a good choice for being able to hold more weight than others. My kids love the basketball hoop. This has been very sturdy and safe. It has plenty of room for me, my 4 year old, and 8 year old to all Jump together as well. Excellent buy!!

Good for kids.
I'm guessing this should come with 3 boxes and I only recieved 2...laid everything out in my back yard just to realize that I wouldn't be able to set it up. Pretty unacceptable for a $500 trampoline. I'll change my review if I ever get all the parts.update-The third box came and I was issued a $40 refund for the troubles...Now that its put together I give it 5 stars...good product.

Looks good but...
It’s a nice looking trampoline but pricey. Seems as if during covid all the process went up and almost doubled. Maybe demand or something. Not sure. I got the 14 ft and I’m glad I did since a smaller model would only work for younger children. I am very handy and I would suggest having 2 people. I had mostly myself but another set of hands to help with the metal tubing would be good. I found one defect with mine and it was the basketball hoop portion and one of the bolts with the wheel was defective. I believe there threads are bad on it so only one works. 😩 perhaps the company can send me a replacement part for this. I’m worried about safety and durability with just one. The neon green is very nice and looks modern and I did not want blue. One other thing is the knobs that go on the tops of the poles ... either effective plastic or just extremely hard to get on. Some of mine are crooked. Also the directions are bad and leave key things out. I have anchored mine to the ground so saved safety and movement. I also use a parachute so it’s like a tent or cover. I chose to use rubber mulch under and around it and 4x4 timbers to keep the mulch area in tact.
