Q: what is the life time of this product? For how long can you use each stone? are those stones sold separately?

I wouldn't use the round stones that come with the unit. I have found them to be toxic. They emit some kind of something that could make you sick. I have found that replacing them with the square white glass stones that are sold here on amazon are a lot safer to use insted.

Hello Tamara, I agree with the answer 'lotto' provided - "You may want to contact Jessica @ A2Z Ozone, Inc jmullins@a2zozone.com " and she may have the best answer to your specific problem. Your unit may have one of several possible problems in the 120 Volt AC electrical power section of the unit, so only an experienced electrical technician should be allowed to open the case to locate the cause. There is one test that you can do at home: 1. Unplug your A2Z Ozone unit from the electrical outlet. 2. Plug an electric lamp into the same electrical outlet. 3. See if the lamp lights, or not. If the lamp lights, your Ozone unit is defective and must be repaired or replaced. If the lamp does not light, have someone check your electrical breaker panel for an open circuit. and to see if you have a Ground Fault Interrupter, (GFI), connected with the outlet. If you do have a GFI, ask the person to cycle the GFI test function and see it that will supply power to the electrical outlet. If your lamp does light at this time, plug your Ozone unit back in and see if it operates. If the Ozone unit does not operate at that time, it is defective. If the Ozone unit does operate, just keep an eye on it to see if it stops working again for the same breaker or GFI problem. If it happens again, have a licensed electrician check the wiring and electrical loads that your Ozone unit is connected to.Tim D. (Nuclear Submarine Sea Trials Coordinator, retired)

Q: I would like to buy this one for fruits and vegetables, but i don't know if this ozonizer can do it. Any suggestions?

That is what I use it for almost exclusively - it's great. I set for 10 minutes, I keep the ozone ball no more than 4 inches deep in the water (as suggested on the pamphlet) and I move it around the tub of veggies. I have never gotten ill and I live in South America where the parasites are different than the ones in the US so are hard on my body. Have not had parasites since I have been using this. I highly recommend it.

I use the gray stone for oil, I think the white stones are finer. Try ice water and the white stone
