I have owned this rower less than 6 days before it broke. It arrived April 3rd, 2020 and was broken by April 9th, 2020. Someone previously left a review about this product making a loud noise while in use because the seat was inefficient (which I also found to be true) but I over looked this small issue.I used this product less than 6 days and (a total of 42.2 km) when the pulley wheel broke. 4 small black pellets fell out, and the pulling system became lopsided and was no longer on the track.A few other details about this product are as follows:1. The display system and instruction manual does not specify what unit of measurement the distance is in. It says NO WHERE on the system whether it is miles or kilometers. There is also no way to completely reset the display for the total distance.2. The seat is HORRIBLE- it is loud and obnoxious, does not easily glide, and needs adjusted at least once every two uses.3. The company has been extremely unhelpful with getting a refund or communicating about the issues I have had. I reached out on day 6 of owning the product due to it breaking, and immediately asked for a refund. My refund was approved and a shipping label was sent, but it requires me to pay for shipping which is $139!!! I have emailed back and forth with the company FOUR TIMES and this issue is still not resolved!!!!! This review is to warn others about this awful product, and hopefully get a direct response from the company about my issues.Ultimately, I have purchased a new rower from Precor and have had a much better experience with helpfulness from a representative, a life time warranty, and a payment plan for the new product. I highly recommend using Precor!

WOSRT installation instructions I have EVER seen in my life!!! Came with 6 screws says only 5 are needed and nothing is labeled!!! I haven’t even tried the machine out and if I can even install it properly since I have to guess where everything goes maybe then I can try it out.Update: tried the machine and it’s junk just like the instructions. The rope skips when you pull and I’m not even that strong. Even my 12 year old tried it skipped on him also. The seat is so wobbly it rocks back and forth and makes a horrible grinding noise. $379 for this I wouldn’t buy it for $20. I requested a return and they want ME to pack it and ship it lol. I am livid that I bought this junk not sure how amazon sells this kind of stuff.

The machine is very sturdy for such a reasonable price...for the size limit it can hold (up to 330 lbs), it was the cheapest one on the site. It is ships in two boxes (one for metal tube the seat traverses and a big box for the rest) -although, the item arrived pretty much assembled. It also comes with a device to move water to/from the tank, but I haven't used yet, but still a nice touch. Only con is the seat, which should be tad wider for the weight it can hold and have better wheels for a quieter and smoother ride.

Nothing but issues, the wheels grind against the pole and leave little shavings everywhere, the seat gets off track, the whole thing moves back as you use it.... and now the strap SNAPPED after only a few months of lite use. I only used it on days I did not run (weather and such) and it could not handle that.I wanted to use it more but the rubbing of the seat and it moving back was so annoying I was already disappointed but when the strap snapped I just laughed about what a joke this thing is.A giant, expensive, ugly JOKE....

Only bought this as I thought it was a top of the line product. However, it has cheap plastic rollers on seat which are very loud and shred pieces of plastic with each use. While weight limit for machine is 330 lbs., user weight is 250 lbs. and roller that strap runs over broke in less than 20 uses - again, cheap plastic. For cost of machine, metal parts should be used. Definitely do NOT recommend!!!

Loud, grinding noise when seat slides up and down the track, very little resistance. I can get the same effect when doing dumbbell row with 5 lb dumbbells. Used once and now is collecting dust in the garage. Was very optimistic before trying the product.

Excellent rowing machine! Love it. Would definitely recommend buying.

Use every day works great haven't had any problems so far.
