Mine came with extra refill leads and ink carts. No sharpener in my kit. I must say this is a great quality marker. I use one for highlighting text in books. My first one I purchased was over 10 years ago, still working,

Mine came with a sharpener. I can’t remember if it included refills, but I don’t think it was included. It should say in the description if they are included. If you they and you don’t received them, then you will have to take it up with the seller. I always pay with PayPal too. Guarantee money back or resolution with the seller.
