Great pan!
This is a great donut pan for beginners! I bought it so that I could try out making donuts without the frying. It worked well and made great donuts. I would recommend making the donuts with a baked donut recipe, not cake mix. However if you do want to use cake mix, the best way to do it would be to fill the pan about a 1/4 or 1/3 way full. Overall it’s a good pan and perfect for the price.

I make sliders with this!!
YouTube had a video about how to make Sliders using this pan. These sliders were delicious. Very quick to make. I also made mini breakfast pies with croissants, sausage, cheese, and eggs. So good!!

Phenomenal Little Pan. Buy 2.
Only 4 stars because I've had it less than a week, but the first few trials of this pan have been amazing. I made honey-sweetened corn muffin batter and piped it into a muffin pan and this doughnut pan and did a side-by-side bake in a 350F oven. Both pans were greased with a light spray of canola oil.I routinely use an oven thermometer to see when baked goods are done (>185F). The doughnuts finished about 5 minutes early, which is to be expected as there's no hidden center. So I took out the doughnut pan and let the muffin pan go 5 minutes longer. Both pans allowed the pastries to pop out effortlessly. My muffin pan gets a little sticky but this pan left not a crumb behind. Both pans gave a nice crown on the batter and golden-brown sides. Predictably, the muffins, being thicker, were a bit softer in the middle, whereas the thinner doughnuts had more of a crusty texture and bite. Either way, all was delicious. 2 pans = 12 doughnuts and believe me you are going to want them.

Very nice product
I am very impressed with the Wilton donut pans that I purchased. The pans are sturdy and non-stick, if you are somewhat generous with the spray oil. They cleaned up nicely after a quick soak. The donuts are a little smaller than a bakery cake donut. I used a zip-lock bag with a corner clipped off to squeeze the batter into the donut forms instead of spooning the batter in. I've made Pumpkin Spice Donuts and Cinnamon Spice Donuts. Both were a success and no one missed all the oil and calories we avoided by baking the donuts instead of deep-frying them. Yes, I would buy this product again.

Works as intended
For making baked donuts, these work perfectly! The donuts are miniature size, but pop right out of the non stick pan.

Fun and tasty baked doughnuts
We've used this several times. It's easy to clean and stores fairly flat, I think it's about an inch deep. I also have 2 mini doughnut baking pans and all three are enough for 1 batch for the recipe that comes on the back on this packaging. If you only get 1 pan, you'll need to reuse once to use up the dough recipe on the packaging. The indentations are shallow but 3/4 full is really fine - the doughnuts will rise and round out. They are darker on the pan side; the recommendation is to let them cool 5 minutes in the pan so I flip them over but they still don't get dark like the bottom. It's ok because I cover the light side - either with sugar (cinnamon-sugar or powdered) or glace. The mini doughnuts are basically a mouthful, and thus so easy to eat lots; the larger size is a bit nicer in that it's several bites. These are easy to make and cook quickly. I've adapted the recipe in size and ingredients (extract flavorings, adding coconut and nuts, making glazes and so on). The recipe is very versatile. They are great fresh but start to taste old by the next day. So I've even halved the recipe on the packing and it works quite well. It is easy to find more recipes for cake doughnuts. The best part is that there's no deep fried smell lingering around and clean-up is a snap.
