Very good quality,organic, herbal supplement
This is a very good quality, organic , herbal supplement.. The 'fenugreek' or 'methi' has so many benefits for health and this particular one, comes in a tablet form , which makes it very easy to take it everyday. I m very happy with it, have been taking it for about one week together with organic haldi, from the same brand, and I can see the difference in my health. One of it, is, that I didnt get any cough or any nasal congestion, which I used to have always in the monsoon and thats because of the anti-inflammatory effect of haldi.
