Picture has 3 prongs and so does battery. Is this charger supposed to only have two prongs?

I had the same problem with a replacement Quick Charger. It would not charge the battery!!!!

My battery has 3 prongs so will this charger work for 24vbat LTE ion battery

It doesn't work, I had to return mine

Will this work with kobalt?

Not positive, but I do not think so.

Where do I get an extra battery?

I ordered a replacement battery, and charger, from Amazon.
