I just have to say that this is literally one of the best purchases i have ever made on amazon. I've had yellow teeth all my life since childhood, i started smoking at 18 and quit at 25 which made my teeth extremely yellow/orange. I was ashamed of smiling whether in person or in pictures. I was so skeptical of buying this compared to another name brand but thought to myself that $16 is ok to lose out on if it doesn't work and is a great spend if it does work. The first day i got it i used it for 30 minutes and honestly wasnt expecting any change whatsoever but as soon as i took it out that orangey yellow stain was more of just a pale stain, i was extatic! The second day I went to visit my step mom and took it to her house with me and used it for another half hour there and when i took it out my teeth had gotten even whiter. My stepmom noticed and told me she wanted one and I ordered another for her which we recieved today. She has yet to use it but she will tomorrow! I just used it again for another 30 minutes and holy moly I never ever thought my teeth could be this shade of white! I still have a little bit to go to get to where i want my teeth to be before just using this product once a week but I am thrilled! Anyone who has yellow teeth should buy this, you wont regret it! Even my stepmoms friend who had met me a couple months ago told me she thought i was still a smoker because of how stained my teeth were and when she saw me again a couple of days ago she immediately noticed a difference. She asked me how long i had been using it for and when i told her two days she was shocked. She paid $120 for a similar set from her dentist and it took a month before her teeth even got anywhere near as white as mine and her teeth werent as bad as mine were.

I just recently started using this whitening kit. I bought it because it was inexpensive and I had never tried this type of system. It came with three syringes of gel and a light/tray kit. The directions are on the box. It is packaged very nicely. I have used it three times and it my teeth are noticeably whiter. It took me a couple of times to figure out how to use the trays. This kit came with a tray that is not moldable. I tried several time to get the tray to mold but it is a different type that is in other kits. This tray is flexible but is a thicker plastic than the others. I looked at other reviews and this isn’t the same as the other trays that you dip in hot water. So...I took it upon myself to use the gel directly on my teeth and also putting some on the front of the actual trays. Be careful because this stuff stings a bit if you get it on your gums or lower inner lip. It is very doable so don’t fret, my mouth wasn’t on fire, I just wiped it off. I love the fact that the light is on its own timer. Once 10 minutes is up, the light will beep and turn off. I like this way more than using strips and it is not making my teeth ache like the strips sometimes did. I would recommend that anyone who has sensitive teeth use a sensitive toothpaste on a regular basis before using any type of whitening system. It will help with your sensitive teeth when whitening. I would recommend this as it is fast and very easy to use!

I will update my review after I use a few more times because I haven’t yet gotten the level of white I’m hoping for but this product does work. Here’s the pros and cons: Pros Whitens teeth with regular use Little to no sensitivity (I have horrible sensitivity with crest white strips and had to stop using) Price - very reasonable Cons Awkward and uncomfortable ( I can’t handle more than 30 minsof this in my mouth) Package said to expect results to last 2 weeks(!!!) to a few months.... Instructions say to use for 10 mins and then inside it says use for up to 4 hours(!!!). I don’t think that’s safe for your teeth. Please don’t leave any whitening product on your teeth for 4 hours a day. I’m willing to overlook some of the downsides if my teeth get as white as I’ve hoping. They have already improved. Keeping my fingers crossed a few extra treatments makes the difference.

I have only been using this for a week, but it has already been more effective for me than any whitening strips or other methods I have tried. I do drink coffee and smoke, and had discolored stains on my teeth from some crappy medicine I had to take as a child. My teeth were such a gross YELLOW. My teeth are noticeably whiter, after just three uses! I plan to use it more frequently to maximize my results, the longest I've sat with the light and mouthguard in, is 30 minutes. 10 minutes at a time. I haven't even taken the time to mold the tray to my teeth (which I will get around to), and it still works great and is comfortable / a lot easier / less messy to use than other whitening lights I have tried. So far, no sensitivity, and I often have issues with sensitive teeth. Just be careful not to squirt too much whitening gel from the syringe, a little goes a long way! Very happy with this kit. A really great value, and doesn't hurt my teeth or gums.

I love love this product. I wasn’t too sure about whitening my teeth, because there Are so many bad chemicals in those things that can really damage your teeth so I was looking online for awhile to find just the right one and I found some really expensive one and ones that are cheaper. I came across Dr. Song teeth whitening kit and it got great reviews and looked simple to use so I got it and it’s been the second day of use and my teeth are amazingly white. Two days people just two days I saw a difference. This product is easy to use, very gentle on your teeth and the taste really doesn’t have that much of a taste. Also it says 10 minutes to keep it in and the little machine that whitens your teeth knows when it’s been 10 minutes! You don’t have to set a timer. Thank you Dr. Song!! I will definitely buy your product again in the near future. Sorry I didn’t take a before and after pic. But y’all trust me you won’t be disappointed.

I was using the product and it did work and that is not the issue as to why I am making this review. I had an issue where the small rubber plunger in one of the syringes of gel was coming apart and was in the gel. So I went the right way with contacting Dr. Song customer service and informing them of the issue and sending the same photo I have attached here. Well it took Marie from Dr. Song customer service 4 minutes to respond to me which is super fast and that part is good. What was annoying to me was her reply which I have attached a screenshot of my original email and her reply for transparency. As I explained to her a company such as Dr. Song cannot use "... as a one-time courtesy" as this has a chance of happening again to any one of us that use this product. I had explained in a reply to her that billing companies and others alike can use the "one time courtesy" to wave a late fee or some other type of fee, but for Dr. Song to use that line is absurd and really turned me off from ever wanting to use their product again. I don't want to have an issue with any of their products in the future, and then be told I used up my "one-time courtesy" on a past order. In the end Marie did give me a full refund for the product. I will reiterate that the product was good and it did seem to be working well, but the interaction with their customer service turned me away from this product.

Initially I was quite skeptical initially as some of the reviewers here prior to purchasing this. However, after reading at so many positive reviews, I thought to myself why not give it a try. The product came with a proper packaging and instruction manual which is quite easy to use (though there is a typo ^^). I am an avid coffee drinker and Chinese food lover (so prolly all these caused my teeth to be quite yellow). Anyway, now I have been using it at the 6th time and my teeth do show whitening now. At first, I only did 10 mins per day and after reading some reviews, most people do for 30 mins in a day (10 mins interval) and I only followed this at my 4th process onwards and voila! they really show improvement in my teeth whitening. Recommended to buy and the price is reasonable I guess.
