Very delicious or protein bar?I recommend it for children, spouses, friends for everyday middle of the day snack or after a good workout.This is good for keeping hunger at bay.

Great fiber content and the taste is delicious!!! Fresh taste and great quality. Did not melt in heat and I was grateful because I was hungry.

Taste good but it made my stomach hurt the first time I tried it. It could have been the sweetener or the fiber.

Three years ago I started a weight loss journey by cutting large amounts of sugar out of my diet. With only 2 g of sugar, these are my go to breakfast bar every morning. I’ve eaten hundreds of these and I’ve only had a few bad batches and they never were sold by Amazon but typically came through the Walmart channels. These bars have fantastic flavor, and feel like a treat even though they have protein and are my breakfast supplement.I have these for breakfast, and for dessert I have fiber one brownies, which now have a new recipe and are even more moist and sort delicious. Fiber one keeps knocking it out of the park with their low sugar alternatives to dessert and protein bars. This is one of the few bars that has peanuts and not tree nuts, which is great for those who are allergic to tree nuts. Most protein bars have tree nuts of some sort, but these are safe for those who are allergic.

Taste great, like a snickers

I’m new to this low carb/high protein diet. So the taste of these things are just ok. It has an after taste. They are nutty. Kinda reminds me of a payday. If a person is used to not eating a lot of sugar, this is perfect. Just not for me.

I love these and they don't raise my blood sugar. Reminds me of a Snickers bar. Yum!

Ok! I’m sure these are super processed, blah, blah, blah.But, they taste amazing!They have fiber and protein!The perfect (occasional!) mid- day snack and help meet some of those fiber/ protein goals! Will definitely buy again!
