Works excellent for our home
I’m unsure as to the specifics of the negative ratings, but I love our Ring Floodlight Cam. Full disclosure, I had previously increased our wi-fi connectivity by purchasing a mesh system. I rarely have connection issues with the camera; the connection issue is typically because of our mesh system losing signal from our wireless cam. The motion sensor is very sensitive and catches people, animals, and even the fan on our AC unit! I am planning on purchasing a second unit for my driveway/garage doors. Make sure you have a strong wi-if signal before you purchase, or you may have a similar bad experience as those who e already reviewed.

Doesn’t work
It’s not connecting to the WiFi at all so it’s not working tried to go through the app to make it work nothing wasted my money
