Very good clams packed in their own juice!
These are great to add to potato soup for a New England style clam chowder. They are a welcome addition in land-locked Colorado.

Instant clam (sort of) chowder
I mix a can of Ro-Tel tomatoes (original spicy) and a can of minced clams with as much or as little of the broth as you want. (PS -freeze any unused broth in a zipper freezer bag.) Of course, you can use any type of Ro-Tel or other brand of seasoned diced tomatoes.

Tastes just like quahogs (hard shelled clams)!!! Delicious! Been using this brand for over 20 years, make clam dip, and spaghetti with clams sauce.
