SavinelliAlligator Blue 606 KS Italian Handmade Briar Wood Pipe

This is a great looking pipe. The stem and bowl sections fit perfectly nice and snug. The main thing though is that it really smokes cool when using the balsa filter. Definitely a nice pipe

What a great pipe. My first smoke was excellent! I would highly recommend this or really any Savinelli. The workmanship is beautiful and the blue really stands out.

Pipe smokers are a bit eccentric to begin with and this pipe takes things to a more creative level.Having another pretty grain pattern gets old after the 20th pipe that you buy to annoy your wife.So getting ahold of this Savinelli was a nice change.While I’m not a fan of the balsa filter that Savinelli’s require, I do like many of their designs.And the bowl on this one is BIG.It has taken a bit longer to break in and the taste is bitter compared and another new pipe I’ve used just as much. But that could just be my head messing with me because of the blue color and faux skin finish. My mind just goes right to the “you’re burning chemicals and breathing them in!” But then I’m like “Duh, I’m a smoker, of course I am.”But if you’re a collector, this is a cool one to add to the stand. The finish is original and don’t worry about how Savinelli did it or the chemicals that seeped into the wood, just enjoy it. You’re gonna die anyway so go out in style.

It's not perfect but it's close. Looks good, feels good, tastes good from the first bowl. Not too heavy in the mouth. Burns evenly without scorching the tongue. Bowl gets a tad warm but not uncomfortable. Worth the premium price.

Love the way this pipe looks and how comfortable it is to hold in the hand. It smokes cool with the balsa filter and is incredibly easy to pack especially when compared to my cobs. The main downside is the price, which makes me a bit hesitant on when to use it. I'm still breaking it in, so I may update this review at a later time but so far I'm happy with this purchase

Received this pipe last week and I'm very pleased with the craftsmanship of this beauty! Burns cool and a nice draw. Makes for a great smoking experience! Love Savinelli pipes! Highly recommend!

Perfect in every way. Very smooth smoking, just the right size and the pipe is gorgeous. If you’re a beginner and really enjoy your pipe but are not sure if it’s worth spending the extra $$ on this pipe.... it is!

Just an amazing Pipe, shipping was faster than expected. The pipe just smokes amazing I mean its a Savinelli love the color and Alligator design just look amazing, will be buying the other color to add to my collection.
