Strong but very comfy in use
These are really strong but very comfortable to use. I'm in my seventies and trying to build up knee strength to help reduce arthritis pain. I'm impressed with how well made these are. The velcro is very good quality and should last.

check measurements if you have medium-small female wrists
Much too large as wrist weights for this 164cm average build woman (sliding over my clenched fists), but they fitted my male partner's wrists better. They fit my ankles well however.

I ordered the wrong weight at first and had to send them back really quick refund and reordered the right weight maybe to help some people put the weight in pounds as well as kg well designed easy to put on big enough for ankles and wrists and comfortable to wear should last and nice colour I would buy from this seller again
