A little hard to break in at the pivot point for the toe/ball joints but overall, great shoes. Non slip bottoms for the boat and they dry fast. Breathable and comfortable.

Not waterproof, the insoles come out every time you take them off, but they are comfortable

I will be using these for their intended purpose (amphibious operations) and recreational scuba. I have had then for a few days and my initial impression is that these might be the best product in their narrow category.I am 5'10" 180lb (fit) and ordered the 11.5W. They fit correct to size. They can be worn barefooted, but I'm wearing then with 3mil wetsuit booties to protect my feet from sand abrasion. They fit snugly with the booties on, but not too tight.The materials and design look to be excellent. I'm glad I chose these shoes for OTB/scuba.I will write a follow up review later.

I’ve had these boots for about a month now. They were a purchase for work: I am in law enforcement in an investigative assignment and wanted something that would take heavy abuse and look good doing it. Bonus: the traction does well with blood on crime scenes.They did take a little while to get comfortable. I found the insole that came with it to be a shredder of socks… literally destroying every pair I dared to wear. I ended up replacing it with a slim gel orthotic.From the first day, I’ve received nothing but unsolicited comments on how good these boots look. They clean up super easy and look great with pretty much everything.I am one of the lucky ones that these fit to size. I’m 5’11” and 185, wear a size 9.5 in Nike running shoes and I wear a 9.5 in these.Update 1/21/24: 2.5 years and counting. These things are indestructible. I’ve worn them for work and for daily home use year round. There’s barely any wear on the tread. Any time they get filthy, I pull the orthotics out and toss them in the wash. They come out looking brand new and dry completely within a few hours. I cannot recommend them enough. Great product.

I wear them to work in the office e most days. With sneakers workable with suits today, these are actually more formal and yet they're very comfortable.I can also lift weights in them because of the firm sole. They're not thick and squishy like sneakers.I've never before ordered a wide shoe, but I had to with these. I'd lean towards ordering them Wide.Great boots/shoes. Big fan here. I have them in two colors.

I bought another pair of these after a little over 3 years. I used to just buy Converse but was getting tired of having to buy new ones every couple of months. I saw these and was really intrigued by the whole 'tactical' aspect of them. What I wanted out of them was a rugged pair of converse - and that's what I got! I'm so happy that they lasted as long as they did. My favorite part of them is that their color NEVER fades. They stay that same shade of black - they don't turn into that weird greenish black that other shoes do.One thing to note - if you are going to these from Converse I'd highly recommend going a half size up. Aside from that - if you aren't a fan of how constricting converse can be go for the wide version!I love these things and I can't recommend them enough! I also have the black multi cam ones and have gotten a surprising amount of compliments on em :)
