I assembled, disassembled, then assembled again in less than 40 minutes. Why the disassembly? Because I didn’t follow directions and didn’t join the blue and black wires under the wire nut, thus the light kit was without power.I really liked the bracket that goes to the ceiling box, in that it allows you to hang the bracket and motor with a hinge-like support while allowing you to connect the wires without a helper. Tip: make sure you check that your electrical connections are secure by pulling on the wires after you’ve screwed them into the wire nut, and wrap a bit of electrical tape around the wires and onto the nut, just for good measure.The LED bulb that comes with the light kit is smaller in size than a normal bulb and puts out about as much light as a 60 watt incandescent bulb might generate in a warm white temperature (photo makes the light look cooler than it is). All and all it’s a solid product at a fair price.

Ordered this ceiling fan for a kids room. It is on the smaller side which is what we wanted and it works great.

This fan is small but mighty! It circulates air super well and is quiet. The chains provided are long enough that you can easily pull them, no need for extensions or step stools! My husband also said it was super easy to install, especially compared to some of the other fans we have had. Would highly recommend, especially for the price!

overall, good fan. It would be nice to know upfront that, if you are replacing an old light fixture, and the mounting screws of your old light fixture are rusted, you will need to go and buy new mounting screws for this fan because this set does not come with the two long mounting screws that bolt the fan to the outlet box in the ceiling

Installed this in my Kitchen and it's perfect size and VERY quite. Would buy from again!

Updating an older house and these fans are easy to install and looks great. Fan blows as well as expected for this sized fan. I liked it enough to buy two more.

Don't be put off when this little box arrives. I thought I made a mistake when I saw how small the box is but this fan is great in a small bedroom. It is so quiet you don't hear anything at all and the light is plenty bright. It doesn't have a remote which I didn't want anyway since I operate it with a wall switch. I have one more bedroom to do and I will order one of these again.

Was leary about getting a fan on-line but so glad we did. It runs quietly and works great.
