A good product , one of the pin was accidentally broken and called customer care . They are very polite and no fuss the item as instantly couriered . Instructions are pretty neat and I followed the same to fix on my own . May be u May need second person help to hold things while you fix. But product is good ,can’t be compared to plywood but lives upto the quality . (Engineered wood)

Worst service and product only wooden boards received and balance parts are missing bad customer support and service Really waste of money please don't buy

Quality of the parts is below average, woodens pieces required to joint the pieces were lesser in count so had to buy them from offline market.
