Love the new blue bottle! I’ve been a very happy Omapure fish oil customer for many years. It has one of the higher concentration of EPA and DHA and at a good price (120 capsules in a bottle - whereas most of the others only have 60 or 90). I also like that it’s tested by IFOS so I know it’s safe from mercury and other chemicals.The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t give me fishy after taste. That’s a big deal to me because other brands gave me burps or didn’t agree with my sensitive digestive system.Great Omega-3 fish oil supplement that I highly recommend!

This product is good and lab tests are passing. But this form isn't as bio available as the triglyceride form. So to make this much more beneficial, take with a fatty meal like with eggs or avocados. According to studies it is absorbed a lot more with a fatty meal containing triglycerides. Don't just take my word for it, look it up. Certifications by nutrasource website. Search for Omega-3 supplements. Each lot is tested so you can see the results and the oxidized amounts. Any amount under 10 is good, 6 or less is even better. Store them in the fridge after opening, they will last much longer. Not a doctor, just my research.

These are great for everyday! Don’t upset my stomach and easy to take. Taste isn’t terrible either.
