I have a large squeem and its not holding me in like it should. So I ordered a medium and it's way too small...What can I do?

I bought a large first then medium a few weeks later. After wearing the large for a few weeks, it began to feel too big, so I ordered the medium next. In the beginning each size should be snug to fit

if im 5'0 should this be able to fit me?

I am also 5'0'. I wear the vest one. It fits well but I find if I sit all day (8 hour shift at my desk) it does start to poke me in the hips. But if I alternate sitting/standing, it's fine all day. I don't know if it's a result of my posture or my height, but this thing keeps my back pretty straight, so I think it's more a height thing...

What is the recommended method for cleaning?

Hand wash and hang to dry. It does have a strong rubber smell. I've washed mine 3 times and but still detectable
