These 24 ounce packages can cover what sizes cakes?

can it be molded into 3D shapes?

Definitely. Modeling chocolate might work better, but I’ve used this to mold 3D shapes on cakes.

What is the expiry date on this?

There is a code on bottom of box. First two numbers are year made and rest are month and day. Fondant is supposedly good for two years.

Once i receive the fondant do i have to put it in the fridge?
