Helps me sleep very well. In fact, too well. I sleep up to 10 hours if I could. But it’s better than having insomnia. It’s a tablet so it’s hard but I’m going to try taking half the tablet from tomorrow and see if it helps reduce the efficiency

Won't be buying again as the percentage of magnesium is Oxide which is the worst magnesium for the body as it is poorly absorbed and easily cloggs the body. It also has too many toxic binders and fillers. This is company is clearly not a company that cares about its customer's health other than making money out of them. 250 mg of Oxide, 50 mg of Bisglycinate, 50 mg of Phosphate Pentahydrate, 25 mg Citrate total of 375 magnesium.

I have been using this product for months now to improve the quality of my sleep. I take half a tablet each night and it significantly improves my ability to sleep without waking. However it does so without any of the undesirable effects of other sleep aids. Highly recommended.
