I bought this for our startup restaurant serving Venezuelan food ToGo, this has been perfect. All parts were included, you have to build it and instructions aren't that detailed but it is very simple. I couldn't have asked for a better price for such a capable machine. Very satisfied.

Took a few hours to set up parts. Tools required. Works well to warm food. You will need adequate space and room around it to use it comfortably.

Arrived in good condition absent any damage. Was relatively fast and easy to assemble. Looks good on the counter and nicely displays hot food inside. Appreciate the adjustable shelves. Heats up and lights up nicely. Took off one star for celsius only temperature reading and the fact that there is no way to lock or prevent self-service from the front of the unit except perhaps by removing the handles. Overall, am pleased with this unit and would recommend. Will update with any changes after further usage.
