Some of my condoms get holes in them after only 3 or 4 uses are these patchable if they spring a leak? I allready have 21 kids I don't need any more.

F you use a condom more than once you are basically ask8ng the universe for more kids, plus maybevan STD too. CONDOMS ARE ONE USE ONLY!!

Is the circumference/width the same as the regular magnum/magnum thin?

No, the bearskin version of the magnum is wider with a contoured shape, instead of the "baseball bat" shape of the original magnum. Since trojan doesn't seem to have actual size measurements listed anywhere I had to measure them myself and the base with of the bearskin is about 56mm +/- 1mm where regular magnums are about 54mm.

what's the diameter in mm

About 55. No bigger than any other brand that says 55mm. They are only wider in the base, believe me pass on these condoms and go another route. These are not Trojans’ flagship condom. Try the larger durex, they are usually better Lubricated. Hope this helps.
