Good product. Installation was very smooth and the staff was very kind and cleared all our doubts during installation.

It's a good product with compact design. Installation is also very simple but need two persons. Following the steps given in manual i did it my own. I inatalled it day before yesterday and its working smoothly. Satisfied with the product.

After a lot of research and a big no from my family I had purchased the treadmill, I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and the treadmill , so far good !! no complaints hoping the same in the future too , worth it , good buy ! Can go for it!!

I have had the experience of both the Product aswell as the after-sale service... Have had the product for 4 months now...out of which the product was non-operational for 2 months due to some parts issues but once repaired the product has been functioning as 'new'. Was provided excellent assistance by after-sale team to ensure damaged parts were replaced at earliest. Just two minor but important things would like to suggest- 1. Stabalizer is a must for (any) treadmill so this must be stated at top ( Ppl like us who are using power treadmill for 1st time wld not be aware of this) 2. Trreadmill shld be used on power source only...however the three point plug provided in the treadmill is for a electric switch . Again, 1st time users may just run the treadmill on electricity source and this could 'harm' the product

Pros : DC motor. Easy to install. Proper instructions to adjust belt and lubrication. Cons : base is made wood with one centre support. Can put one more support so that breaking base will become less. No USB port. If the base made of 3mm iron or steel plate then the machine is no doubt very good. Putting another support for the base can make even 90 kg people to jog.

Two MOST IMPORTANT things that you need to know: 1) These are DC motors and hence you should NOT run it at a stretch for more than 40 or 45 minutes!! (But - looks like all the treadmills that you buy in this price range have a DC motor and hence cannot be driven for more than 45 minutes at a stretch... ) 2) You cannot return this product. Now comes the detailed review - Regarding point #2 - maybe I was careless and did not notice the return issue... So, let me give the seller the benefit of doubt... But regarding point 1, I feel that the seller should have made it very clear before I made the purchase. Instead what happened was that as soon as the product was delivered and even before I opened the treadmill, I got a whatsapp message and then a call from the seller - during which they told that I am not supposed to use it for more than 40 minutes at a stretch... That I need to give it a 15 minute break... The problem is that I was not at all aware of it, and the cust service rep sounded as if it is a common sensical thing that DC motors are not supposed to be run for more than 45 minutes at a stretch!!! and even though I am yet to open the treadmill, I can't return it!!! I was more irritated by the fact that they sounded as if I am at mistake for not having this common knowledge about DC motors. OK, now the positives: 1) As told above - all treadmills in this price range has this 40 minute issue since all of them are made of DC motors (as per this seller). So, I would have still gone ahead even if I was aware of this timing issue before hand. 2) I have been using this for more than 6 weeks now, and 3 of us are using this at home for at least 5 times per day (each time only for 40 minutes though) and the product has been running very smoothly,. It is sturdy too... 3) At one point I told the Cust Service Rep that I was ready to another 15K also if I can get this replaced with another treadmill which can at least run at a stretch for 1.5 hours... He very frankly told me that it will cost me a lot more to put a AC motor instead of the current DC motor and that even doubling the current price will not be sufficient. I appreciated the fact that he was not trying to fleece money out of me and HENCE I am not very upset with these guys... But still - they should have put in the Description "Cannot be used for more than 40 minutes at a stretch"!!! :(

Product is good for occasional use and not for regular usage. The walking platform width is less and length also not comfortable for long strides. Overall ok. But i do not think it will give long life... If you jog it gives a apprehensive feel that it may break. Company says max weight is 90kgs and provided speed buttons of 6,9 and 12 also. But the installation people say it only supports 70 to 75 kg weight and is for only brisk walk and not for jogging. How can u walk at a speed of 9 and 12 I do not understand.
