Not by Isabella Wentz, Lesson in impulse buying online
Trying to be positive, it was clean and new, well laid out with recipe per page and print easy to read. Many recipes look simple and quick with minimal ingredients such as wrap trout in bacon and add thyme, add fruit and honey to yoghurt, or bake kale with spice. However, £14.99 RRP? Not really as expected as contents are too basic and simple. There are less than 100 pages, no illustrations, and no reference to the author. Is it really Izabella Wentz as it was sold as, would sandwiches and soy be key recipes/ingredients if so? I don't think so. Not something I would have picked up in a bookshop.

Some disappointingly simple recipes and limited content
Sorry but not hugely impressed with this book. Meagre content in parts such as recipes for making simple porridge/boiled egg and soldiers? Not worth the money for me

Recipes include all the “don’t eat” foods!
Nice book good artwork and well presented but there are a few recognised exclusions from any hashi’s diet and almost all the recipes include at least 1 ingredient that the book itself recommends are excluded! Wish I hadn’t wasted my money.
