can this be used to make rice?

What will be the settings and water proportions for 1 cup of rice? 1 cup of rice and 1 cup of water? is it too little for this size pot? And what are the settings...porridge?

I used the congee setting and the rice is stick to the bottom which is hard for cleaning. Also i had to cook the congee twice. Is it normal?

The reason that the rice stick to the bottom maybe that you have put unproper proportion of the rice and water or that you have been heating for a long time. Please try for another few times.
