I'm writing this review because I am looking for some replacement parts for my blender and saw I had never reviewed the original purchase. After 18 months of use, I wanted to give some advise on how to keep your blender working and you happy. I bought this blender to make daily smoothies for better health and to have something to stimulate my appetite for the day. I hate breakfast foods. The first tip I will give is keep the base clean inside the blender area. Wipe it after each use, especially if anything gets into the blending area. There is a tiny hole that will get clogged if you don't keep it clean. Second, make sure to keep the gaskets on the blade casing new and fresh. They will hold dirt easily, and they wear out pretty frequently, so buy some extras. Third, do not over fill your cup, especially with liquid. You can fudge a bit more with solids. Make sure to put the blade lid on tight before blending or you will be cleaning a mess daily. Fourth, get some extra cups if you can when you buy the original, as they do not hold up as well as the unit itself and are almost impossible to find replacements. If you break off the 'nubs' on the cup, the unit will not work, no matter what you do. The cup is then useless for making the blender work. Be careful with your cups and don't throw them around, as they are not really sturdy. Fifth, the cups, lids and blade lids are dishwasher safe. I don't run the blade housing through much, just wash it daily by hand and take the gasket out a few times a week to clean. Also, don't use the heated dry setting, as it could crack the cups and lids. Last, but not least! BE GENTLE WITH USING THE CUP TO START THE MOTOR. Don't force the cup into the unit, press it in gently. If it doesn't start the first time, take the cup out and reposition. I see a lot of reviews on here about the motors not working, etc. This is a small motor made overseas. It is not a generator engine! It will break if you are impatient and rough on it. And it will break the nubs off of the cup. Also, don't shake it around while blending to further blend the ingredients. Take the cup off and shake, then return to blending if necessary. I never have to do this with mine. I do my smoothie out of spinach, some frozen fruit, a small yogurt cup, some water, protein powder, and fiber powder. It fills the cup perfectly and all happens in less than 5 minutes total. That is mixing and then the blending time is about 35 seconds. This is a great unit for a small price.

This portable blender is also much easier than I thought. The size is small, and it is very convenient to put it in the kitchen or take it out. It is basically enough to make milkshakes, protein drinks or fruit smoothies. It's not troublesome to wash. It's often clean after washing. What I like most is that it is directly a cup, and you can drink it after beating it without pouring it over and over again. Although the horsepower is definitely not comparable to that of a large blender, it is enough for daily use, and the sound is not so exaggerated. If you usually like to make your own drinks or drink protein shake after exercising, I think this portable blender is really convenient.

I loved my first Bella Rocket blender, so I wanted to buy one for my other home. I tried it with water and it leaked all over. I fipped the gasket for proper seating, but after, it leaked again, I notice a bump in the gasket that just wouldn't smooth out after sevetal tries. Put in the spare gasket and it works now. What a hassle! I do look forward to using it a lot like my first one. If this leaks again, I'm sending it back. I never had problems with the first one. I have to say though, this is a very powerful machine for smoothies, at a great price. I recommend it and if it fails, send it back and order a Bella replacement. I do love the brand.

Blends very well

Don’t waste your money!! I’ve only had this blender for 4 months. I use it once in the morning, so I’m really not using it very much. It came with 2 bigger size cups and 1 smaller cup, the bigger one was perfect for blending my healthy drinks in the morning. The first larger cup cracked on the side and started leaking, so I got the second cup out used it for about a week and now it’s leaking all over the place, leaking from the cup and the blade screw on part. The blender part works fine…if only the cups weren’t sooooo cheap!! I’m throwing it out and buying a ninja or a magic bullet! I wish I would’ve bought this cheap piece of junk!! Now, I’m spending more money because I tried to go cheap!!

The instructions are detailed and overly safety for the described blender. The cup is great for a protein shake in the morning. We had an older Bella blender, but it started to leak after 9 years. The new blender is a replacement. Packaged very well, so no breakage. WE love this little blender for protein shakes in the morning. It comes with a "to go container with lid and drinking spout. Well worth the small price

This little blender handles ice and frozen fruit/vegetables well. It’s easy to operate. There’s a safety mechanism so the blade will only run if the cup is on. The problem is that I also smell burning plastic like another reviewer mentioned. I haven’t taken mine apart like they did, but there’s no doubt the same thing is happening. The instructions read to only run the blender for no more than one minute and to let it rest for 3 minutes in between. That’s very little blending time and a lot of cooling off time and just not an efficient way to make a smoothie. I love the concept of this brand to design for small spaces. I live in a small apartment with limited kitchen space. However, putting a product out that can only run for one minute before it starts to self ignite is pretty wild and makes me weary about buying their other products that run for longer periods of time and without you standing over them, like the toaster or air fryer.

Justo la recibí, está muy bonita, se siente de buena calidad. La seguiré probando y volveré para comentarles si encontré alguna falla. Por lo pronto todo excelente! Después de un tiempo de uso, no hay que forzarla con mezclas espesas o muy duras por qué el motor se apaga. Metí a moler frijoles jajaja y dejó de funcionar por un rato, luego volvió a funcionar con normalidad

This is a must have appliance. I love the size of this product as it is not too big and bulky for daily use. It is durable, easy to clean/store, and an excellent value for my money.

Much as I like the product, the outer box was severely damaged, at first thought the product also must be damaged, as the box is extremely mishandled in transportation. I did ask for the product to be delivered in Amazon out box. My request was overlooked. Bit frustrating.

Blender has just broke so I got this one for the time being and it’s great, loud Ofc but it really blends what ever I put I there well!
