Autoglym CWC500US Custom Wheel Cleaner - 16.9 oz.

I love this wheel cleaner from Autoglym; it is safe on virtually all wheels, it foams up nicely, it doesn't make me cough, and it cleans the wheels extremely well. Custom Wheel Cleaner makes for an awesome tire cleaner as well. Being an alkaline cleaner, you need to agitate with a sponge or brush for the best results. What I really like is that you can dilute 1:1 with water for wheels that aren't too bad, according to the directions on the back of the bottle. In fact, 90% of the time I use it at 1:1 strength in a separate spray bottle and it works fantastic. I really hope Amazon starts carrying the 5-liter size of this product because at $8.49 for 500mL (16.9oz) it is quite pricey.

This product is a bit on the expensive side, but it really works very well. A single bottle is enough for me to do my three cars, but that still works out at almost $5 each, so I am diluting it about 1:1 -- there appears to be no decline in effectiveness. Be aware that this is a British product and the instructions for use are short but explicit and are not full of pointless safety advice such as 'this wheel cleaner is not a floatation device'. Really do one wheel at a time as it says to avoid the product drying and leaving hard to remove white spots.

Best in the U.S. But not as good as the (more expensive) self-cleaning foam version the that’s made/sold in the U.K., but not in the U.S.

My motto is: "If it takes to long, you are using the wrong chemical" This stuff rocks! Cleans brake dust and grime very well, does NOT damage the most delicate finishes. I've even used it on polished aluminum and it does not dull the shine...but...it DOES clean brake dust and road spooge incredibly well!

Very good product. Safe and effective. It can be reduced with water and is still effective. Good smell also. My R8 wheels look sharp! Will not remove curb rash or diaper rash,

Probably one of the best wheel cleaners on the market, surpasses many other products. Easy on, easy off and with little agitation it does what it claims it does.

Little pricey but great product.

works ok, but be orepared to use an entire bottle in one application, not any better then products sold domestically, so either buy this by the case for a summer of car washing, or get the Meguires cleaner for much less

By far my favourite brand for car cleaning and details!

Took baked in brake dust off alloys with the help of a sponge as you do need to whipe them as spraying on doesn't take it all off . But overall im happy with product . Bit pricey but you get what you pay for as they say . Recommend

I had some serious buildup inside the wheel wells/barrels which I neglected, this has helped break it down nicely before a contact clean with a brush. Great clinging, foaming qualities and the bottle and trigger sprays so nicely without making a mess. I wish they had bigger bottles because this stuff is really great!

ホイールの清掃について、今まで「ボディーワークシャンプー」で行っていました。 特に不便さは感じていなかったのですが、どうも黒い汚れがホイールから落ちません。 そこで今回「カスタムホイールクリーナー」を購入し、使用しました。 同製品の「クリーンホイール」と悩みましたが、クリーンホイールが酸性という事がわかり 臭い等気になるので、カスタムホイールクリーナーに決めました。 作業は直接ホイールにクリーナーを吹きかけました。 30秒ほどで、白い泡がやや赤茶色の液体に代わってきました。 そこで、水を含ませた一般的な洗車用スポンジでホイールを清掃。 クリーナーを吹きかけスポンジで清掃という、シンプルな清掃ですが、 力を入れる事なく汚れは落ちていました。 ボディーワークシャンプーとはあからさまに落ち方が違う、という事ではないのですが、 ボディーワークシャンプーが、「こする」という作業であれば、 カスタムホイールクリーナーは、「のばす」、「なぞる」といった感じです。 ご参考までに、注意書きに「３ピースホイールには使用しない事」と記載されています。 私のホイールは２ピースですが、使用しました。 洗浄後には念入りに水で洗い流しました。

I don't normally leave reviews but I was really impressed with this wheel cleaner! Results speak for themselves. I used it with a microfibre wheel brush and I found best results were if I left the product on the wheel for a few minutes before using the brush and rinsing it off.
