I add this Beet powder to my protein drink in the morning and have been doing this for a year. My cholesterol has dropped, and I feel better. It does taste like beets but not quite as strong and is easy to drink. I use an electric hand mixer and it dissolves easily. It is a great value for the money and the ingredients are high quality.

This product is awesome for blood pressure and circulation! Taste and smell delicious and mixes well.

READ OTHER INGREDIENTS While it has what you want, there is plenty of what you don’t want. Maltodextrin is a highly processed corn product that spikes your blood sugar with a high GI. Guar gum is also highly processed. Silicone dioxide should is considered safe by FDA but that’s a low standard. Look up the other uses… not good. Rebaudioside-A is a highly refined stevia leaf extract. Although naturally occurring in its natural form, this variation is highly processed to a non-natural pure form. You’re better off just eating jarred beats and avoid all these additives that are best avoided all together. Just my opinion.
