Solidly covered the basics. Good for those just getting into KM as user or perhaps joining an implementation team. There are a few other titles that offer greater depth. Which happened to be what I was looking for. I will say though that this was easier to digest than another (300 pager) I picked up on the subject—this text was a good place to get me started off.

As advertise its the basics and no more. However, who doesn't need a refresher in the basics in order to perform better. Excellent, simple, concise.
