WOW it's that good. I have tried many other products and this one by far is the very best. Great price too. I love it. I really enjoy the bonus gift with it. I love the smell which is very mild. I had a great nose for smells and this one doesn't over power you at all. It relaxes you! Even heat and works great! I highly recommend this. Must buy especially for the snowy and cold Winters to come. It stays hot for 1 hour.

What can I say? I’ve bought this neck wrap three times now because I’ve been so happy with the quality and the size and most of all the weight.. it works great for me. It’s easy to use. Gives me the Relief that Needed.

This is a goodbye for the money. It retains heat and it stays in place, but it is not too heavy. It feels awfully good on a tired old neck.

I was very surprised to find that the neck wrap was such nice quality. The cover is very soft & easy to wash. The overall size of the wrap is full coverage, so I no longer have to slight one should over another to get full heat. It's a nice benefit to have the booklet which is super helpful in how to care for & correctly use. Who knew it would go on a clean/dry plate in microwave?? Excellent how to tips. And I even received a smaller pad to use for other areas or take when I'm traveling. After using it for a week, the size & weight have already helped me to relax my painful shoulder/neck area. It's keeping me mindful of having my shoulder down to improve my posture. James was very responsive. Glad to have found a quality solution.

I do like this product. The smell is great, smells like a spa. It offers my neck some relief, I just wish it would stay warm for longer.

We love our neck wrap and have used it almost every day since we purchased it! I suffer from chronic migraine, and my husband has had some pulled muscles in his upper back. This wrap is relaxing and helps to elevate pain. The stitching inside keeps the filing from collecting in one place, so the heat is evenly dispersed. The wrap is soft and high quality, and the customer service has been great! This is a legitimate company, so you won’t be receiving a crappy item from China!

I am very pleased with this purchase! This was a replacement for an old one that was no longer available. The size and weight are perfect for me when my neck and shoulders are aching and causing headaches. I added a few extra seconds in the microwave and the heat lasts a bit longer than I expected. The aroma was a bit stronger than I would have liked, but it didn't last very long, which pleased me. I would definitely recommend this to others. Edit: Great customer service! There was a business card enclosed with the item that had a code for a prize. I submitted and the company immediately reached out to me for information to send a prize, which was a cold pack knee pain relief wrap. The wrap is great and is something useful for me. The company also reached out when they had verification the prize was delivered. Great customer service and useful products. Newest edit: I cannot say enough good things about this product and especially the company! I had reached out to them to let them know I would be ordering a replacement. Wowwwwww amazing product, a few days ago I woke up with a terrible stiffness in my neck and I put the neck pillow in the microwave and it was magical it made me calm the aroma was incredible lavender camomile mint something like that . And the eye pillow such a Bonus it made me shut my eyes and soak it in. The next day I put it in the freezer and the feeling was sensational cooling and relaxing at the same time. After two three times my stiffness disappear but I couldn’t stop I love it using it at least once a day for relaxation and just for “me time”. A must!!!
