I highly recommend these. I bought these for my 3 year old grandson and he just loved them. They are easy for younger children since they are color and shape coded, so they don't have to know numbers or letters. When his 3, 4 and 5 year old friends saw them they wanted to do them also. (This kit comes with multiple pictures.) The pieces can be a bit difficult for a younger child to pull off the master sheet but are fairly easy to place onto the picture without assistance. If you are purchasing these for a 3 or 4 year old make sure you get the "MY FIRST" Sticky Mosaics as they contain larger pieces and so are easier for younger children to handle. (There are Sticky Mosaic kits for older kids and they are great also.)

My almost 4-year old was excited to try one of these when she opened them Christmas morning. Together we did one of the pictures and she did very well with the concept of matching the right color and shape stickers to the picture. What she had a hard time with was getting the small foam sticker shapes off of the thin papers that it comes on - often she would get ahold of one little sticker only to have 2 or more additional stickers pull off of the page with it, and then they would all get stuck together and she would get frustrated. It's a bit easier for an adult to manage, but it would have been nice if they had maybe seperated the stickers a little bit so little fingers could get ahold of them easier and only remove one sticker at a time.I think with a little practice she'll get better at pulling the stickers off, but for now we'll work on these togehter so I can help her.

Let me tell you what is so great about this product - it is an activity type toy, so it is a project. Your kids open it, play with it for a few days until they complete all the posters, and then you either throw it away ( yes to no more things cluttering up space) or you simply save the posters and throw the remainder away. My 4 and 2 year old loved this. They each did a few, and once they were done ( took them about a week, this was a nice activity while Mom and Dad were preparing dinner, nice alternative to sitting in front of TV), we actually saved them for a few weeks and put them up in their new bedroom when we moved houses. the 5 posters still hang between their beds and they love them! The poster boards are the highest quality cardboard. The stickers are foam, gorgeous colors and shapes and easy for little 2 year old hands to navigate, a bit more comfortable for the 4 year old. It took the kids a bit to figure out how to remove the stickers on own, but once they got the handle, they were great. These turn into beautiful pictures. Think gifts for the daycare teachers that the kids could do use as a card to sign in the back. Love this product and will come back for more.

My daughter is 4 yrs and loves this craft. She typically has a hard time sitting for any length of time, but this activity really keeps her interested. We create together, naming the shapes and colors...just a fun learning project. There are 4 different pictures in this kit, made of very heavy-duty cardboard- great for playing with when done creating.

I bought this kit to complete with my three year old niece. She absolutely loved it! At first, I peeled off the shapes and gave them to her to stick on the appropriate spot and soon she wanted to do it all herself. She was able to find and remove the appropriate mosaic piece and put it in the correct spot all by herself. These mosaics even held up to her taking it home, removing the stick-ons and putting them back on twice! She wanted to show mommy and daddy how it worked. The only problem was that she wanted to make all the pictures one after the other so now I have to buy more for next time!

At first seems like fun then it's boring with all the pieces to place. Looks ok after it's done but get's boring.

Bought for my preschoolers as a "rainy day" project while we were on vacation. They loved it and are getting quite good at placing the little sticky tiles. Great for 3 year olds and 4 year olds. My only complaint is just that the little stickers do stick to wood and can be hard to cleanly remove but that is really on me (I should pay closer attention). The kids are so proud of their creations and I love that they come with little hangers so we can display them! Great craft item for young ones and totally worth the money!
