Ice hand held roller ball
This product I ordered surpasses any ice device overusing ice packs of any type. The roll ball is the best product to use not just for my total knee replacement any joint pain I love the held handle one as the best

Great for rolling cold on swollen muscles
I love this device for rolling out cold on inflamed muscles post workout. Warning: the handle is plastic and the rolling ball is some kind of metal. Relatively heavy. First time I dropped it, the plastic handle cracked, rendering the whole thing unusable. I liked it enough that I ordered a second one immediately.

If you are advised to ice an injury, try this
I find this much more tolerable and easier than using an ice pack. I am able to target my sore areas and after the initial cold shock, it feels good. The handle allows me to use a little or a lot of pressure. Now they need to make a slightly larger ball with two handles to reach the back or drape over shoulders to do the traps.
