Saffron Lift with curcumin is an awesome product. I used to struggle with anxiety and depression but been taking this product for over a year and haven’t had issues with anxiety and depression since then, I was previously taking pharmaceuticals medication for this and never seemed to help. I've been taking Saffron Lift for almost 60 days now and ordered a second bottle. I am a fan of curcumin products, which have helped me with other health issues, and I trust the Terry Naturally company to offer high quality, well-researched supplements, so I decided to try this. I've experienced some major traumatic events in my life that often affect my mood, energy, motivation and general state of mind. Prescription drugs give me negative side effects, so when I read about Saffron Lift, I was excited about it. Within about one week of taking one capsule daily, I noticed that I had a very peaceful feeling in general. As days went by I began to notice other benefits, as described on the packaging and the manufacturer's website. I feel happier now and am able to handle stress with much more patience. Upsetting thoughts often just simply float away, without me dwelling on them. Of course, there are occasions when I'm feeling temporarily down, and this natural supplement might not provide a permanent high, but it does work amazingly well for a generally uplifted feeling. I seem to recover from dark moods much more quickly now, too.With all that said, I am a bit confused about when to take the capsule each day for the most benefits. I started taking it early afternoon, but soon realized that that wasn't a realistic schedule to keep up with, so I switched to morning, taking it with my breakfast and a couple other supplements. The directions are to take "1 capsule twice daily" - but the serving size is 1 capsule, and the container specifies "60 servings." If it weren't so expensive, I would try taking a second one in the evening or at bedtime. I haven't been able to get any specific advice about these matters, so at this point I'm flexible about the timing and will continue to monitor what works best for me. The capsules are small and easy to swallow - see photo. I am definitely sticking with Saffron Lift and I do recommend it!

When minor anxiety or depression rears its ugly head, I use Terry Naturally Saffron Lift Plus and take some quiet time for myself. A shower or quiet time with my dog while reading a good book strengthens my thoughts for the rest of the day.

Really works for my OCD anxiety was too high. And this is a lifesaver I do combine with anxiocalm from Terry naturally as well. 1 saffron in the morning 1 anxiocalm at bed time.

This takes some time to be effective but used continuously it definitely helps elevate and level out mood.
