The absolute best pan I've owned! (A must-read before you buy)
Hey everyone! I don't usually write reviews, but I had to hop on here and share my thoughts on this 12-inch T-Fal pan after putting it through the wringer. If you're on the fence about getting it, here is a quick breakdown of why it's totally worth the hype: - Amazing Quality: You can tell right out of the box that this thing is built to last. It has a rugged hard anodized aluminum construction and an incredible titanium non-stick coating. Literally nothing sticks to it, which makes cooking and cleanup an absolute breeze! - Rock-Solid Stability: I despise cheap pans that warp after a few uses. This one features an anti-warping, even heat base that totally eliminates hot spots. It cooks everything so incredibly evenly. - Safety First: It gives me great peace of mind knowing this cookware is totally toxin-free. Plus, the pan itself is oven and broiler safe up to 400°F, and the glass lid is safe up to 350°F. I love being able to start a dish on the stove and finish it in the oven! - Stove Compatibility: A quick heads-up for buyers—it works perfectly on gas and is suitable for all stove tops, excluding induction. - The Perfect Handle: The riveted silicone handles are honestly a game-changer. They give you such a comfortable and secure grip when tossing veggies or moving a heavy meal off the heat. - Gorgeous Color: I bought the Onyx color, and it looks incredibly sleek and premium sitting on my stovetop. Bottom line: It’s the ultimate workhorse pan for weekday dinners and lazy weekend brunches. Highly recommend!

Great performer, and very solid
First, the aesthetics: It's got a very solid look and feel to it. The preheat indicator, which changes color, is a nice touch. Next, the performance: It heats up easily, was nice and even, and the food slides around on there like I couldn't believe. I'm very satisfied.

Perfect Pan
No notes. Amazing pan that can withstand everything. Eggs are a breeze, sizing is perfect and effortless to clean. I would recommend this pan over and over again. It’s big enough to cook a steak on without sticking.

Unbeatable 11" bottom! Nonstick lasted 2 years
This has been my go-to pan for family cooking for 2.5 years, but now the non-stick is pretty much gone. Don't know how much of that went into my family's bodies versus down the sink, which is a scary thought. For reference on durability, I have been pretty good about washing gently by hand and not letting metal touch it. But with 2 teenagers in the house it has not seen perfect care. :p Most of our nonstick pans have lasted about the same. At this price point, I'm fine to accept a short lifespan. I have loved cooking with it. The steep sides mean you can easily fit a 4-person portion of your protein-of-choice across the bottom, so you don't have to cook in batches. Also helpful when making large dishes like shukshaka or adding a big pile of spinach or kale. It seems to have very even heat. Maybe the only issue, due to the steep sides, is it's not made for flipping food by flipping the pan. (I still do, though.) The T-Fal red dot heating indicator is particularly useful for a nonstick pan, where you really don't want to get it too hot. That's when it really gets toxic. I'm likely to buy another, just because I can't find another pan on the market with such a wide bottom--more of a skillet than a frypan. I would prefer to switch to carbon steel or ceramic if I could find a good one with the same shape. Most pans slope in by 1-1.5", so a 12" pan only has a 9-10" bottom, with 9" seeming most common. Otherwise, to get a comparable bottom, you have to go to 14", which feels like holding a guitar by the neck. It's huge!

Not induction, but a fabulous pan with a flame burner
I'm going to miss this pan. The short time I had it, it worked so well. I could cook down a square of cheese. Fried eggs were not a problem. Ground meat browned well. Cleanup was a breeze. But, alas, a failed range and my decision to upgrade to an induction range will force me to find a different pan.

Must have fry pan!
I absolutely love this T-Fall fry pan. This pan is 12 inches wide, 2 inches deep. Comes with a tight fitting glass lid. I also like the long handle with good grip rubber coating. I purchased this in July to give as a gift, but ended ip getting that person something more urgent needed. I left it in the “gift” closet til a couple weeks ago. I was sorting through the closet and thought what a great gift for ME. I love it. I have been using the smaller 10 inch size for a couple years. It still works as good today as when new. Excellent no stick. This pan was very reasonably priced, and speedy delivery with prime. The non stick capability is amazing. Eggs slide out. Easy to wash. I do not put in dishwasher. I like my pans to stay black and look nice hanging on my pot rack. This handle , and the smaller one I have, both have large holes on handle for hanging. I highly recommend this line of pans. It will quickly become your new favorite pan.

The Pan is FLAT
We own an electric glass top stove. The surface on the glass top is perfectly flat. If you get a frying pan with any curve on the bottom, your surface area of contact is diminished and will result in different heating zones across the pan. I have had many pans with a curve on the bottom. Some were bought in that condition, and some may have been hand washed too fast, while still hot. The worst pan is the "spinner". This is when the pan is bowed from the middle out and the pan will spin like a top all over the place. I found this T-fal pan by doing a google search for the best electric stove frying pan. I read a few reviews and decided it was worth a try. When I first opened the box, I was impressed with the weight and feel of the pan. It was not too light and not to heavy. The handle was a comfortable fit for my hand and had a good grip to it. The metal edge around the top was smooth and straight. The bottom of the pan had ridges from inside to outside which I suppose are for heat distribution. And, it looked flat. I immediatly took it to my stove and laid it on the glass burner. It was flat. I tryed pushing it around. I tried wobbling it. I pushed a wooden spatula all over to try and may it tilt. I tried to spin it. All my flatness testing were perfect. The pan is Flat! After cooking with it for a month, I found the heat distribution is very good. It frys eggs the same color all across. I haven't tried it without a little bit of oil spray, but I use so little it is almost dry anyway and nothing has stuck yet. The cleanup is fast and simple. I make sure I wait until it is cool of course. Use a little bit of soap, warm water, and a few swipes with a rag and it's done. Ready for the next. My expectations for a flat pan were well exceded. Everything else was like the cherry on top. You can buy this pan and will not be dissapointed!

Generally happy
Unfortunately way larger (diameter) and shallower than I anticipated, the heating part of my hob does not cover the full diameter of the pan base, probably only about 2\3. Said that, once the pan is hot all round it cook's great and cleans easily, I don't use soap or and scourers, generally only use paper towels to wipe down. If loads of food leftover on pan I rinse off with just hot water.

Great Fry Pan
I was surprised at the solid packaging this was shipped in. I've purchased delicate electronics that weren't packaged as well as this. A quick read of the instruction material is always a very good idea. Do not overheat and only oven safe to 350°F This is dishwasher safe but they recommend hand wash. If the non-stick surface is as good as advertised it shouldn't need more than a quick wipe with a damp cloth. It also recommended seasoning with oil before use, and repeated regularly. I have used it 2 times now. It heated up quickly, and seemed fairly even heat distribution. A good test is boil water and watch the bubbling from the surface. I liked the way it performed, and the cleanup was as expected, wipe with a damp cloth. I would highly recommend this product. It's a definite 5 star. I will buy more

I like this pan!
Heavy duty, good quality pan. Easy to clean surfaces and a lid that cuts down on fat splatters when cooking the bacon! By using metal spatulas you also cut down on the microplastics in the food or enviroment. Beware imposters that claim titanium when actually using stainless steel.
