Too Faced Cosmetics Brow Envy Kit

I have terrible brows. I usually cover their scraggly pathetic half-a$$ed existence with my bangs. I had my passport photo taken, though, and it was clear that strategy wasn't actually working. The passport photo- valid for 10 years, by the way- makes it look as if I have half a brow on each side, and even then, its a thin, pale little patch of hair. I decided it was time to have some eyebrows! Microblading looks interesting, but its expensive, and its a commitment you're stuck with for months no matter how it turns out. So I bought some kind of brow mascara gel brush, and it didn't help. I bought several eyebrow pencils, but never could really master getting real looking brows. I tried some powders, but those were only ok. I didn't need to just fill in or darken a brow, I needed to create one (or half of one), where it didn't exist. So I bought this.I was skeptical about the stencils. They're kind of awkward to use, and looked too big for my brow/eyes. But I followed the directions anyway, and it was amazing! The stencils actually work, and the powder and setting wax lasted all day. The little spoolie helped make them look real, as well. Two days later it rained, and all I could think about when walking around outside was that my brows would be running down my face. I kept checking on the sly whenever I'd look in a window or I'd use my phone camera to keep looking. They held up great all day. They come off easily enough with eye makeup remover. This little kit is fabulous! My only complaint is that there should be a better way to keep the stencils in the case, because its very easy to lose them, since you just kind of throw them on top. But other than that - perfect!

This is a nice starter kit for brows, and would make a good gift.The box is charmingly designed, cute and pink with a retro feel, and the fun little drawer in front holds your stencils and the eyebrow pencil. All of the products are nicely labeled, and there are great instructions under the lid for new users.The materials feel a little cheap--with a little inspection the box is obviously cardboard and the eyebrow pencil and tweezers feel a little cheap as well--but the whole package comes together in such a charmingly designed and useful way that I still give it 5 stars.

I purchased this product because I have been struggling with the right color to fill in my eyebrows with. I am from a very small town & the closest "shopping store" is Wal-Mart. They do offer eyebrow stencils, eyebrow wax, and colors, but my biggest problem was the color matching & it not staying on very well. I've been using this Two~Faced eyebrow kit for a week now and I am in LOVE! Both colors work perfect for me & I love the highlighter it comes with! The eyebrow stencils are very helpful as well. I need to grow my eyebrows out a little more but I do use them as a guide! I would defiantly recommend this to my 4 sisters and my friends! I will be buying it again when I run low!

If you're looking for some easy brow make up that looks super good, this is it. I love too faced and I love their simple instructions to fixing your brows. The colors are a little darker than I expected and I cannot use the brunette color even though I am brunette. The wax and highlighter are killer though. The tweezers are terrible.

This is actually a repurchase. My other Brow Envy by Too Faced finally ran out after years of use! I've tried using other cheaper products, but never liked the color or the texture of the powder like I do with this one. Unfortunately brow pencils just don't work for me like this powder does. I watch makeup tutorials daily but even if they swear by other products I stick with this one because I know it works for me. It's Too Faced, so you know it's quality and highly pigmented. Also I love the packaging, it's just divine. Can't recommend this enough!

I am learning to take care of my eyebrows. This makes things so easy. I used the stencils when I first started using this product. A friend said my brows looked like they had been done by a professional. After a while, I was able to do them without the stencil. I do use a longer brush (not included) with the color.

Great packaging but the product is just okay. It is definitely too light for dark brows. I also don't get why there is one color for blonde and one for brown brows. They should make separate kits for those. You only end up using one or the other and one goes to waste.

Great kit with little complaint. I want to say that I ordered from warehouse_depot and received the kit pictured and not the newer black kit that others have mentioned.I use the brunette shade and it's a wonderful match for me, great transition from Benefits beautiful brow palette....pretty much identical shades of brown. The highlighter is also great! Really brightens your eyes and creamy blend.My complaints lie with the pencil and wax. The pencil is great as long as you can keep a point on it...but you can't. First sharpener didn't work, second sharpener I used was better but I can only get a blunt point. If I sharpen any further the point "breaks" off leaving a smudgey waxy substance in the pencil sharpener that's really hard to get out. I wish it wasn't so creamy. I still use it, just not as impressive as it was new outta the box.The wax is another thing.... it's a little too oily for me and never really sets...kind of makes your brow look oily if you use too much.Last complaint that isn't a big deal to me because I don't rub my face much...but it will smudge/smear if you mess with it. That's something that my other kit didn't really do.I do love this set though, and would repurchase....but I will probably be getting a brow pencil elsewhere.
