Q: I love the look of this mayonnaise, but why does it seem so expensive?

Because healthy avocado oil used in this mayonnaise is much more expensive than cheap rapeseed or sunflower oil used in commercial mayo. Quality and health over quantity.

Q: Is this really dairy free? i often buy dairy free products only to find at the bottom of the label it says manufactured on a line with dairy products.

It contains free range eggs but no other dairy. The ingredients are: 81% avocado oil, pasteurised free range egg, filtered apple cider vinegar and pink Himalayan salt Hope this helps. I think it’s the best mayo
