Gaia Herbs Bacopa, 60 Vegan Capsules, 60 Servings

I've experienced less anxiety, focus, and better sleep since using this herb. I recommend it. My job consists of multi -tasking and many interruptions throughout the day. Bacopa has helped me stay on task throughout the workday.

I've taken bacopa before but as a dry herb in a capsule. This liquid extract I noticed took effect right away. It helps me noticeably with problem solving (I'm 76) and short-term memory, but also as another reviewer said to just be on top of things more. I'm getting things done now that I've been avoiding for months, like sending in receipts to health insurance for reimbursement - who wants to do that?! Got it done for once and usually I let that slide. Getting projects done around the house like building furniture I ordered months ago. This product Works!

I love this product!

Literally every capsule is half full and there is a black substance inside. It looks like no other bacopa I have purchased. I know the capsules look fuller in the picture but they aren't. I tried to return it but Amazon told me the item was not available for a return or exchange. Update I changed my rating because I contacted Gaia directly about the capsules not being completely full and this is the response. "Our capsules are unique in that they contain concentrated liquid extracts (the consistency of a viscous syrup) and are therefore different from other capsule products in the marketplace. All encapsulated liquids have a noticeable air space, which is a nitrogen bubble (nitrogen helps preserve the extract, and displaces the oxygen)." This is amazingly high tech. I have changed my review from one star to four stars. I didn't give the product five stars because if the product was actually defective there isn't any way to exchange it.

No after taste, no side effects, good product!

These seem high quality, and they test their products, which is super important for bacopa. I've definitely experienced a cognitive boost.

I decided to try bacopa because my mom and my brother both had Alzheimer's and I'm getting older. This comes beautifully packaged in glass - I wish all supplements came in either glass or paper. It did seem to help me. But sadly, I developed a side effect (Nausea) that I just couldn't handle. This is a good dose of bacopa - not too much and not too little. It is effective - at least it was for me. I love Gaia Herbs.
