Its a wonderful non stick pan for crispy grilled cheese sandwiches! Love it

My husband (the cook of the family) loves this Griddle. He puts it over 2 of our electric burners and cooks 2 or 3 or more different things at the same time. Great for breakfasts. He says the heat distribution is very good. It is easy to clean (my job).

Boxing is EXCEPTIONAL -- truly giftable presentation My first impression was WOW this is nice quality. But... there is a SCREW in the handle not rivets and I've had trouble with the long screw on other brands. I'll update if that is a problem on this one. Nice weight -- not thin like many other brands -- I think it will do well with heat. There ARE instructions for use on the WRAPPER -- recommend reading PRIOR to use. Use non-scratch utensils and cleaning sponges, dish soap gently to clean. DO NOT immediately put a hot pan under water -- allow to COOL on an unlit place on the stove top. (see instructions for use on labeling) VERY NICE FIRST IMPRESSION -- GOOD WEIGHT -- LIKE THE HANDLE TOO BOXING -- great protection -- giftable presentation -- long rectangular box, fully assembled

Paint of bottom coming off and all over stove(burning). Does not lay flat even after letting it cool down before cleaning it.

I have a love-hate relationship with this griddle. The price was reasonable (love), it is truly non-stick (love), heats pretty evenly (love), gets really hot really quickly and holds the heat (hate the retains heat part). I bought this to do pancakes and eggs over easy (our range has a great cast iron griddle, but it is a bit of a challenge to clean and I can’t get 4 eggs comfortably in my hex clad big skillet, so I thought this griddle was the solution). For pancakes, it has worked great. For eggs over easy, not so much. If you leave the eggs on long enough to get the whites solid, just turning them over and taking them off results in over done eggs and this is the case when the burner is set to low. I have tried various strategies, but so far I haven’t been able to hit upon the right strategy. I have used it for eggs about 6 or 8 times. My next try will be to cut off the burner entirely before the whites are done and when the time comes, flip the eggs and then take them off ASAP. The last resort will be to default to sunny side up. Easy to clean and the instructions say no oil or butter and that works, but you really have to adjust to the heat transfer.

This is a fairly light-weight pan so I don't know how well it will hold up over time but the non-stick surface seems very good. I noticed the same problem as other reviewers, with oil, eggs, liquids sliding to the outsides of the pan (away from the center) from the first use, but since nothing sticks to the surface it hasn't presented too much of a problem. I don't care if my eggs run together or not, but if you do, this may not be the griddle for you. Also, the center is hotter than the outside edges of the griddle so food does not cook evenly without moving it around. It does a good job and is easy to clean, so I am happy, thus far. The company says it can go in the dishwasher but I don't do that with any of my pots and pans and don't plan to start now. Today I edited my original evaluation and upgraded it to 5 stars from my initial 4. What I had failed to notice was that you did not need to add additional oil to the griddle before cooking (except when seasoning the pan). I tried cooking eggs today with no added oil and they cooked perfectly and slid right onto the teflon spatula with no sticking. Imagine...fried eggs with no added oil! Also, I did note that the pan worked better at unusually low temperatures (I cooked the eggs at a click below medium-low). The pan instructions say to warm the pan for 3 minutes on low heat and then cook the food. Low heat was a tad too low on my stove and clicking it one click more was perfect. Also, by using the lower heat, the sausage I cooked later cooked evenly and did not brown unevenly like it did when I used medium heat yesterday. So by making some adjustments to cooking techniques, I was able to cook a delicious and healthier breakfast.

I have 6 months using this product and espite this is not for induction stoves, it works really good!!!. I brought it to cook "tortillas" and it is amazing!!! I have used it to cook fish and many other things and it is working really good. I would buy it again, but so far, it is in perfect conditions that I thinkt it will last long!.

This griddle is completely non-stick, there is no need to use any oil. I use it primarily for breakfast, making pancakes. They turn out perfectly brown. I love it!!
