Okay so I was sceptical about this phone. But I thought hey ho might as well. Mine was from digital red square under amazon renewed. I got to say it’s in brand new condition. All works well so far. I’ve only had it a day so time will tell but at the moment nothing bad has appeared. The only complaint is the battery health is only 92% however apart from that this is a good phone to get. If this phone starts to fall apart I’ll do another update but until then get this phone as you save money.You can’t really go wrong as if it breaks you can return it under amazon. But non the less it’s a good 4.5 stars out of 5. I know there are people like I was thinking the same as I was. The company i got it from under amazon was fab so I recommend this product for now :)

Do not purchase this item, it says that it is in excellent condition when it is indeed not, when I was setting it up it was telling me that the battery was not recognized, when my sim was in it, it was saying there is no sim, it says it comes with 64gb when it only came with 5gb, I’m hugely disappointed

So, in regards to buying this phone it’s been about 2 weeks in having the phone. When it arrived it was packed way with a blue packaging & tightly sealed in the standard box. This box comes with a charger & the phone, I did get in touch with the seller to double check what came in the box. The phone it’s self is amazing! I was a little hesitant in if I should buy the xs or the xs max I’m in love with the size of the phone I went with xs max it’s not too big it’s a good size I’d say. With the phone in general its in working order there is nothing wrong with it at the moment which is great! I’m a happy customer for sure.

Arrived very quickly. Would definitely recommend buying a second hand phone as you save money and get a phone that is literally brand new. Arrived in bubble wrap to protect the phone very happy been using it for 4 months now absolutely no issues.UPDATED REVIEWJust to update the review we did in July. Bought the phone in May but by Sep. We started to notice a vertical line appearing in the front camera. We returned the phone. It was not possible to repair this issue; however it was replaced with a new one within a week and my daughter is happy with it so far. Good service overall. It helped to have the warranty.

Takes a full charge and seems in working condition but the delivered product had considerable handling marks and had the appearance of a phone that had been left on a dusty shelf and just stuffed in some bubble wrap for dispatch! Even the stainless steel surround had a small but deep scratch, but having polished off the dull finish with metal polish, it looked pretty good. Both glass surfaces were heavily soiled but when cleaned were perfect with no scratches or permanent blemishes. Overall then, in good well used condition but not the premium product expected for the higher than average price paid.
