I needed a 9 Volt 1 Amp Power Adapter, AC to DC with a 2.1mm X 5.5mm Plug.This adapter supplies 1.5 amps which isn't an issue. The extra 0.5 amps isn't going to hurt anything.This adapter was to replace a older cheaper adapter that was causing some image noise issues with some video equipment.In that regard this adapter worked great.The issue was the polarity was reversed from what I needed. Minor issue, but not enough to take off a star.I could of made a small adapter patch cord, but what I did was crack the adapter open and reverse the wiring going to the DC barrel plug.I voided the warranty but got the adapter I needed. Note the adapter I got was center positive, I needed center negative.

Ordered this and erroneously neglected to check the plug size, so it didn't fit. Customer service was in instant and constant contact with me until they sent me some adapters that worked perfectly. I can't say enough about the customer service, and the power adapter works fine with my Bluetooth device. The extra long cord is a big plus, too. Highly recommended product and vendor.

Works perfectly for my son's slot car track and has a nice long cord so we don't have to be tethered right next to an outlet. Also it is one of the sideways style adapters so it doesn't cover up both outlets when it is plugged in. Exactly what I was looking for.

Broke the DC adapter to my stationary bicycle and wasn't quite certain this was the replacement I needed. Turns out it worked perfectly at a good price. I'm back on the road again, er I mean family room again.

I was not able to get this to work at all. Can't return it cause I had to cut off the tip for my application. I ended up just tossing it and using an old one I had from another piece of equipment. It was only a lamp application and should have worked fine. Just not worth returning anyway.

I’m sure this is a fine device, but be warned that the plug does not fit into an Alesis Micron, despite the electrical specifications matching.Don’t fall for Amazon’s ill-researched suggestions; find the right device for the right job, yourself.

This was bought for a speaker unit and works fine. The cord is of a reasonable length. I do wish the the plug-in was a bet smaller it makes it harder to plug into a surge protector without covering up one of the other plug-in.
