I'm 5,9 and it fits me in the length

What is the fit like on the arms? Is it a tight or loose fit?

A good standard medium fit. Lovely quality too. Colour stays through washing too.

What size t shirt for 46inch chest

XXL is a nice relaxed fit and allows for shrinkage when washed

Can you tumble dry it?

Hi Philip my old man says he can’t remember tumble drying it and that the design isn’t the “plastic/rubber” kind of design, just a different colour. So perhaps it could Go on a low tumble.
