I discovered Stress from 4Life twenty plus years ago. I Suffered from stress, anxiety and panic attacks. I couldn’t take perscription medication, I had small children and I didn’t want get addicted to tranquilizers. If more people knew about this product I truly believe they would not need to take medication. It also helps with sleeping at night. Note: Stress does Not make you tired or groggy what do ever, it just relaxes you and will take a panic attack away in under 20 minutes. I just recently started using this product again, life is tuff right now and I know what helps. These have worked for my anxiety. When I feel like I am going to get a panic attack or am just very stressed out I pop one or two and within 15 minutes I feel so much better and relaxed.

First bottle done. Now, let me start with why I bought it. I live with anxiety. Mild, sometimes obsessive thoughts. It occurs now and then and I can usually think of something else. But Ive had major changes that have caused major stress. Was at the point of asking for Lexapro or Wellbutrin again. Well, tried these. I can honestly said I have not had a panic attack, obsessive thoughts or an anxiety ridden moment since I've started taking them. Not sure if placebo effect or they work...but I am happy with them none the less! Worth the try!!
