Great bin for a large busy family. Had so many comments about it.

Okay. Should you spend nearly £200 on a bin? Probably not. But, having said that, this is a great additional to any living space.This isn’t a bin for hiding in the corner or in a cupboard. It’s a loud, proud, statement peace and a sure compliment magnet. It actually enhances the room.Bin bags are tailor made for the bin and reasonably priced. Build quality is outstanding.Having bitten the bullet and bought one, I would now consider getting a second. Just maybe wait for the sales.Seeing as this item is currently listed at £150 anyone thinking of getting one should snap this offer up.

For the price of this bin, I expected a product in perfect condition. Mine arrived with dents and broken parts—even though the box was undamaged. I did read the reviews beforehand and saw similar complaints, so I'm not entirely shocked to find the same dent at the back. Still, that shouldn't be the norm. I’ve decided to keep it to avoid the hassle of a return, but it’s disappointing. You can buy a much cheaper bin and receive it in far better condition.

I'll never forget a saying that my father in law told me years ago as it's stuck with me ever since 'you buy cheap, you buy twice'. Days of trying to save money here and there by purchasing second rate goods are gone for me as they simply don't last long enough whether that be because they fail/break or because you fall out of love with it. In this case I spent extra to get this bin because it looks classy and because it's from a very reputable brand that make high quality bins. The wife and I love it and we've already had comments about how great it looks which says a lot as...well, it's just a bin!

Five stars for the amount of load it takes, as a bin, I cannot complain, however, we only moved to our new home and got this out two weeks ago and the marks on it already, are shocking, I left the box it came in next to it and it’s marked the front of the bin, taking the smart look away, I mean come on, the box it come in has caused a big streak along the front so the quality speaks volumes! Will not recommend this to anybody!!

Arrived with two big dents in the back. I've placed it agains the wall as I needed to put it into use. It's a good bin otherwise.

Hard to be excited about a bin but I do find myself using it very often after all.Big capacity, lovely colour and finish, perfect height, off the ground so easy to hoover under it too. Well done brabantia. It’s a winning bin.

Not cheap but worth it. Very stylish and practical bin. Looks great in our kitchen. It’s easy to empty and clean. It’s sturdy and quiet in use. Delivered within 2 days without any damage. All good! We really like our posh bin ;)

Y no me interesan mecanismo automáticos. No parece gran cosa hasta que lo usas varias veces al día y te das cuenta de lo mucho que simplifica gestos cotidianos.El diseño es impecable. El acabado negro mate, las patas, las proporciones… todo está bien resuelto: no inclinarse, no agacharse, sin dolores de espalda ni atascos. No se esconde; se integra como un objeto de diseño, no como algo que hay que disimular.¿Es caro? No. Es costoso, y eso es distinto.¿Vale cada euro? También.Y eso no es poco decir tratándose, literalmente, de un receptáculo para desperdicios.Si valoras el diseño funcional, la reducción de fricción y los objetos bien pensados, este cubo es una compra sorprendentemente satisfactoria.

Great product - ideal height

This is the best trash can I've ever owned. It's stylish and well made. We did get a Crack in the inner plastic bin but we emailed customer service at Brabantia and they shipped us a new bin because of their 10 year warranty. Great customer service!
