The right length for tall girl like me

I bought these resistance bands because the are long and have the right resistance level for my at home physical therapy workout. They are versatile as I can tie them as needed. I use them for upper and lower body. Three is all I need!

These are very high quality flat bands at a great price. I've bought bands that aren't even half as nice and paid more. I bought these for PT and they are just perfect. If you need flat bands, especially if you bands that are latex-free, get these!

You really can't tell the difference between the sizes they seem to be pretty well made and I really like the colors

This is a nice exercise band set. I, personally, have been using these types of bands for physical therapy. From my experience, they do not last too long. It depends on how often you use them. I was using my band every day, 3-4 times a day for 4-5 months (medium strength), and then it snapped. In any case, it's a nice product. Enjoy while it lasts (literally).

I broke my arm and needed to use these as part of my at home physical therapy. They work great. I preferred the green band which has the most resistance. The long length is great and if you want it shorter just cut it our grab it from a closer end to your anchor point

Exactly what I needed, the length and width of the items is excellent

These are good quality, come with a drawstring bag, and can fit in my purse. I need to do knee exercises on a regular basis and can take these bands with me anywhere. They're 7' long and about 4" wide. I use them in the pool, at the park, on quick breaks from work, even at a rest stop when I'm traveling. If fold a band in half and use it like that, the resistance increases so you get more than just light, medium, and heavy. Very happy with them. Update is that the heavy band broke when I overtaxed it.
