Great Book, The real deal
Excellent Book , will teach you the only way to learn to be still and realize your creator: Thereby starting on the road to achieving the prime directive, Be ye therefore Perfect, by overcoming your so called natural self and realizing the Spirit within you will become free from suffering and achieving ever lasting peace and Bliss. Just as you are hungry and want to have something to eat. You must overcome your so called natural self. We are not only Human. We are actually Spirit that seem to be human. If you are hungry or starved You can't go in the kitchen and sit down and praise and sing and read recipes and think your hunger will be quenched. You have to have something in there to cook and you have to cook and prepare and serve it up. Nobody else can do it you have to do it yourself. You cannot achieve the goal by proxy. This book outlines the method but you have to have True Devotion and Love for God for it to work.Going through the motions and machinations will not work. You can't fool God, as most church goers go there to be seen of men. If you have not realized the spirit within now you want get it upon death. So get busy.

The SRF techniques never worked for me, but this definitely is!
I joined SRF as a student when I was about 20 years old. I went through the lessons, but couldn't bring myself the join the organization, because their pledge contained elements that were fundamentally averse to my core values. So, I didn't get initiated into Kriya. It wasn't long after, however, that I somehow stumbled upon the SRF lessons that contained the Kriya initiation anyways. I worked the techniques, but I just couldn't get them to produce the desired effects. I had already had experience with classical yoga and meditation techniques, thanks to "A Systematic Course in the Ancient Tantric Techniques of Yoga and Kriya", and knew what progress using meditation technique should feel like, and it just wasn't happening. So, I abandoned it.Fast forward 12 years later and I stumbled upon this gem. This magnificent gem. It's no wonder I wasn't making any progress. The kriya was significantly changed from the original in the SRF lessons they're still sending out to everybody. I had wondered for years. YEARS! About why Yogananda always referred to the kriya path as "elliptical" "around the cerebro-spinal axis" in all of his books! All of them! The kriya that SRF peddles isn't the same at all.One may wonder, "Well, how could the effects possibly be so different in the two kriyas that it should matter, anyways?" I've attempted to use the SRF-lessons kriya 4 separate times in the last 12 years, and all 4 times, including the very moments leading up to my discovery, I found that the SRF-lessons kriya made me dull, irritable, rather crusty in temperament, and prone to lashing out negatively to people, even if they were just trying to help. But THIS kriya! The moment I tried it, it felt like dark clouds lifted and the heavens opened up! And so far it has not only remained that way, but gets better and better each time I use it! All of the methods, including hong sau, are now an utter joy to use, and I can't wait to sit down and meditate twice a day! The effects, though, are oftentimes so intense, that I wonder if I should take a break. So much energy, effervescent joy bubbling up through my chest and percolating into my head! I move through space with grace and admire the exquisite beauty of every detail in each moment. So, if you wonder why there always seem to be angry SRF members trying to tear apart the joy experienced through Paramahansa Yogananda by non-SRF-members, it could just be that their SRF kriya isn't yielding the intense joy and happiness that the original kriya most definitely does.I'm so glad this was finally made public for the whole world to benefit. A bargain at 99 cents, compared to the hundreds of dollars for the SRF lessons! And no costly contractual commitment to weigh on your soul for the rest of your life!

Short - to the point
Appreciated this small digital text. Will be able to better evaluate after practicing recommendations for a time. Again, short and to the point.

The Missing Link
What a great blessing Kriya Yoga instructions by Master Yogananda, is now available on Amazon. This was the missing link for me because Kriya Yoga will open up a mental highway through the universe. I was 21 and depressed when I started inquiring into my existence. Frequently I visited bookstores searching for the answers to life. Then one day in 1974 I walked into a bookstore in Long Beach California on Long beach blvd down town next to the old post office. The owner of the store said young man I've been watching you for several months you're searching for God right, I said right. She said I've been saving five note books for you look at them if they appeal to you give me ten dollars and they're yours. I was raised Baptist and had never heard of Paramahansa Yogananda or SRF but I understood instantly what was contained in those note books - The books were very old SRF lessons that are made available only for their students, I was lucky to get them. After careful review I quickly gave the lady ten dollars and have been blessed everyday of my life the only thing missing was Kriya Yoga Instructions. I am now 62 Amazon, I am forever grateful to you for making them available for $0.99 may the creator of the universe forever bless you! I never became a member of SRF because I felt, and knew, the Great Masters were with me because they put this great knowledge in my hands. If my house was to catch fire today the first thing I would grab would be my SRF lessons! The Lady that gave them to me was an angel, I received my salvation for $10.99...
