Original OEM battery, got two for less than the price of what HD sells one for ! Cannot vouch for Longevity yet, that remains to be seen but everything looks exquisite with these batteries, popped it on the charger day it arrived & was 2/3'rds full out of package. Can't wait to have my Rigid drill back up & running ! I am very PLEASED so far !

Needed a new battery for my rigid portable shop vac. I was able to use this over 2 weeks on various jobs, with 30 sec intervals to suck up dust/debry. Last long time for what I need it to do

The battery works great. However, since it didn't come from an authorized seller Rigid won't give me the lifetime warranty on it, I didn't know that until I already had the battery. So keep that in mind if you plan on purchasing one.

The product is excellent Fast charging Long lasting charge easy over two hours of regular use Of course can not tell how long the product will last but for now it is great

Let's clear something up first since I think there's a lot of misunderstanding (or wrong expectations) on the warranty. This battery WILL qualify for the 3-year Limited Warranty IF you register. I registered mine the day I received it and it's showing up correctly under my Ridgid account with 3 years to go. You WILL NOT qualify for the lifetime replacement because it's not a HD purchase (or some other authorized retailed). If you're not OK with this, don't complain and just buy it from HD. Not letting Li Ion's discharge fully is the key to keeping them alive. The battery itself came in OEM packaging and is pretty much the size of the 1.5mAh one. Worked perfectly after being fully charged with my R250AF18 Finish Nailer.

Seems to be a very good quality battery, even heavy for its ampherage. I use this on my 1/4" impact driver and the hammer drill because it is lighter than the tow 3.0 Amp batteries that came with the set. I haven't discharged it by end of the project/day (light to medium use). It has a 3 year warranty and I'm hoping I won't have to use it.

Just purchased a Rigid compact jobsite blower. The battery that came with the Rigid handheld vacuum worked. Purchased another battery so I can use the charger I already had. Everything works great. Substantial savings over purchasing batter from Home Depot!

This is NOT an aftermarket battery. It is an original battery by Ridgid.. I got mine on sale as it was a higher amp and lower cost than what my original battery that came with the cordless drill was. If it lasts it will be a great deal. Giving it a 4 star to see what the durability will be like.
