Honestly, I feel like this was an aide in my recovery from achilles tendon surgery. I barely have a scar. The two pictures are just two months apart. I wish I had heard of this prior to surgery, I would have been taking it much sooner.

I started taking these 7 days post op from lipo 360 & breast augmentation. Immediately I noticed less swelling and on day 2 of taking these I stopped taking my mid day dose of pain pills. My bruising started to go away almost overnight. I’m on day 4 of these and I have a ton of energy, I’m able to get up with little to no assistance and I woke up without needing my pain pills. These are awesome!

I’m rating this 4 stars because I am waiting to see how my incisions are doing after a couple weeks before bumping it up a star. I had a minor laparoscopic procedure a week and a half ago. I started taking this pretty much the day after surgery. I haven’t noticed any negative side effects so that’s definitely a plus! I haven’t had any pain, bruising, bleeding, weeping, or inflammation at my incision sites. I’ve never had surgery before so I can’t exactly say this supplement did everything, but I think it’s definitely helping! I’ve looked at pictures of other peoples incisions and they look way more red, bloody, and bruised than mine ever did.

I got, tummy tuck extended, BBL, lipo on full back, lipo on flanks, breast augmentation people said i got recovered fast, this my 4th week, and i can do most of my light activities, i got no bruises, and inflammation is going well, i took this vitamins and i feel they helped, probably my body healed better than others but i finished them, and i think they did good .. so far I'm happy with them,

A friend of mine recommended these after surgery. Let me tell you these are AMAZIIIIIING! I’ve had Lipo 360. I started the same day I came out of surgery and was moving fine the next day. I went for my post op today and the doctor and massage therapist was sooo surprised that I wasn’t as black blue or heavy swelling like most. He thought it was Arnica pills & I don’t even have them just these. I rotated this right with ibuprofen and was completely fine! Stay hydrated while taking these please!!!
